A vertical 5-axis machining centre model GENOS M460V – 5AX.  has been delivered to the SkyWay production workshop in Belarus. The new machine was developed by the Japanese corporation OKUMA.

The machining centre will help create complex parts for SkyWay transportation systems: motor and hydro unit bodies. The high rigidity and robustness of the machine allows machining of parts with high precision. The new machining centre is capable of handling a variety of materials: from plastic to hardened steel.

The new equipment will help embody the company’s plans to implement targeted projects.
